🛑 What You Can’t Sell on TikTok Shop

❌ Prohibited Products (No Exceptions)

These items are completely banned, even if they’re legal elsewhere:

• Adult content
• Alcohol, tobacco, vapes
• Weapons and ammunition
• Auto parts or safety-related vehicle components
• Others listed in the Prohibited Products Policy

⚠️ If you list prohibited items, your store may face penalties or removal.

🟡 What You Can Sell With Approval

⚠️ Restricted Products

You may sell these items only if you provide proper documentation.
For example:

• Cosmetics, supplements, personal care products require a valid COFEPRIS Operating Notice.

📄 You’ll be asked for documents during product upload.
⚠️ Don’t try to bypass requirements by miscategorizing — this may result in enforcement action.

🚫 Even Within Allowed Categories...

Some items are always prohibited, even within restricted categories:
Cosmetics & Personal Care:
❌ Whitening creams
❌ Mercury-based products
❌ Chemical peels
❌ “Miracle” products
Supplements:
❌ Weight-loss pills
❌ Muscle-gain products
❌ Items considered medication or needing a prescription
⚠️ If the product is prohibited, it will be rejected, even if you have the documents.
