Settlement on TikTok Shop

The payment settlement period is the amount of time from the day an order is delivered, to the day when funds are released to a seller for the completed order(s). There are three types of Payment Settlement Periods available on TikTok Shop:

The Standard Settlement Period of 7 days.
The Shorter Settlement Period of 3 days.
The Extended Settlement Period of 31 days.

Sellers can check when each order is estimated to be settled on the Seller Center > Finance > On-hold, under the column "Est. Settled time".

Actual interface display, amount and rates might be different.After the Settlement Period, funds will be released to the seller's account balance on TikTok Shop. If the seller's account balance is positive, and the seller has a withdrawal method associated with the seller's account, TikTok Shop will initiate a transfer to the bank account. It usually takes 3 business days from the end of the Settlement Period, and the platform initiates a transfer, before the funds are credited to the seller's bank account.
