TikTok Shop Seller Settlement Policy

1. Overview

1.1 Introduction

The TikTok Shop Seller Settlement Policy has been drafted with the express purpose of:

• Building a positive shopping environment on TikTok Shop; and
• Providing a shopping experience that consumers can have confidence in.

Sellers who offer products for sale via TikTok Shop to customers in Mexico must do so in accordance with the applicable local law, Seller Terms of Service and all other applicable platform policies/guidelines.

1.2 Scope

The TikTok Shop Seller Settlement Policy describes our policies regarding the duration between the delivery of an order to the buyer and the day when the seller is paid for the order.
Important: These guidelines are only applicable for local to local transactions. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the listing, sale, and provision of products to customers via TikTok Shop comply at all times with applicable laws and regulations. These guidelines are intended to help facilitate seller understanding of settlement rules. They are not exhaustive and not intended as legal advice. We encourage sellers to consult their legal advisers if they have questions about the laws and regulations concerning their products.
Our policies and guidelines are updated periodically. Sellers are responsible for checking this page and TikTok Shop Academy regularly to ensure that they comply with our current guidelines. Sellers will also be notified of any policy changes through their Seller Center.

2.Settlement Period

The payment settlement period (or settlement period) is the amount of time from the day an order is delivered, to the day funds are released to a seller for any completed order(s). There are three types of settlement periods that can be applied to a seller's shop:
At the beginning of each month, TikTok Shop will evaluate seller's performance and adjust the settlement type accordingly. It's important to note that sellers with poor performance and demonstrated risks may experience extensions to their settlement periods at any time.

2.1 Standard Settlement Peri

Sellers who have a Standard Settlement Period applied to their shop will have a settlement period of 7 calendar days for their orders, which can be broken down as (T+6)+1, where:

• T refers to the day when order is delivered to the buyer.
• +6 refers to 6 calendar days after the order is delivered to the day the order is considered completed.
• +1 refers to 1 calendar day between the day when order is considered completed to the day when funds are released to the Seller Center

On the 7th day, funds from completed orders can be seen under Available to Withdraw status on TikTok Shop Seller Center's financial menu and Seller can withdraw their funds from TikTok Shop to Seller's bank account.

2.2 Express Settlement Period

Sellers who have an Express Settlement Period applied to their shop will have a settlement period of 3 calendar days for their orders, which can be broken down as (T+2)+1, where:

• T refers to the day when order is delivered to the buyer.
• +2 refers to 2 calendar days after the order is delivered to the day the order is considered completed.
• +1 refers to 1 calendar day between the day when order is considered completed to the day when funds are released to the Seller Center

On the 3rd day, funds from completed orders can be seen under Available to Withdraw status on TikTok Shop Seller Center's financial menu and Seller can withdraw their funds from TikTok Shop to Seller's bank account.The express settlement is currently only available to eligible sellers. Please review the shop health page, and your Shop Performance Score.

• You must ensure no milestone enforcement.
• You must maintain SPS at more than 3.5
• Your shop must have no receivable selling activities, nor any other risky behaviors detected by TikTok Shop.

2.3 Deferred Settlement Period

Sellers who have a Deferred Settlement Period applied to their shop will have a settlement period of 31 calendar days for their orders, which can be broken down as (T+30)+1, where:

• T refers to the day when order is delivered to the buyer
• +30 refers to 30 calendar days after the order is delivered to the day the order is considered completed
• +1 refers to 1 calendar day between the day when order is considered completed to the day when funds are released to the Seller Center

On the 31st day, funds from completed orders can be seen under Available to Withdraw status on TikTok Shop Seller Center's financial menu and Seller can withdraw their funds from TikTok Shop to Seller's bank account.

3. Notes On Special Conditions

In addition to any applicable account limits, we may restrict transactions to or from your Account or limit access to and availability of your Account balance in such amounts and for such time as we reasonably deem necessary to protect us or other users if:

• We are subject to financial risk (including, without limitation, for pending Chargebacks)
• We suspect you have violated any term of Seller Terms of Service;
• We suspect you have engaged in deceptive, illegal, or fraudulent activities that endanger TikTok Shop, other Sellers, customers or any third party,
• Any dispute exists involving your account or transactions conducted in connection therewith
• It is needed to protect the security of our systems;
• We suspect you have carried out any other activity that violates the applicable local laws.

We may restrict access to your account balance for the time that it takes for us to complete any pending investigation or resolve a pending dispute, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable local law. We also may hold your account balance or extend your settlement period if we find that your account is at risk.
To ensure accurate processing, platform-funded shipping subsidies may undergo system verification before settlement. In some cases, the subsidy portion may be settled around 3 days after order completion, depending on system validation results. However, TikTok Shop reserves the right to adjust the settlement timeline based on system validation or other operational needs.

4. Viewing Your Settlement Period

Sellers can check which Settlement Period that is applied to their shop by visiting the Shop Health page within Seller Center. Settlement Periods for each order can also be checked by heading to the 'To Settle' page under the Finance > Transactions tab in the Seller Center.
