MWH(Multi-warehouse) Setting

What is Multi-warehouse Feature or MWH?

Multi-warehouse (MWH) is a warehouse management tool inTikTok Shop Seller Centre which allows sellers to
manage up to 20 warehouses to help sellers fulfill their orders. This feature will enable sellers to fulfill orders
more efficiently.

Feature Guidance on Seller Center

（Please confirm with your AM whether your shop has been granted this function ）

Step 1: How to Create a new Warehouse

Seller can set up to 20 Pickup warehouses, Please Log in to your seller center, go to from my account >
accounting settings > warehouse settings.

a. Add Warehouse

Click on Add new warehouse button and fill in the details. Once done , Click Save.

b.Default Warehouse

Sellers can also set up the "Default warehouse". After the setting, default warehouse will be considered to stock the newly created product of this shop. You can change it if needed

Step 2: How to manage stocks per warehouse

A. Edit Single Product MWH Stock

• Please go to Product-> Edit Product->Click Edit. The seller can edit a single product's Multiwarehosue

stock after ticking "Add to multiple warehouse" on Edit Product Page.

• Once you click the "Add to multiple warehouse ", it means the product will be located to more than warehouse, then you are able to edit the multiwarehouse stock, the button cannot be turned off any more.
  
• Add new warehouse and stock of this product, the total quantity will be calculated automatically.
  
• After submitting, please remember to click submit for review on edit product page
  

B. Batch Edit Product MWH Stock

The seller can also edit products with MWH stock in batch, Please go to Manage product-> Bulk action-> Bulk restock and download the excel file with the product you want to change stock:
The Stock Quantity of Each warehouse can be edited in Excel, however warehouse cannot be added or deleted
in Excel
After modification, please upload the file. The product quantity of each warehouse will be updated.

C. Search for Product per warehouse

In the "Manage product" module, seller can check product stock and status as per warehouse.

Step 3: How to fulfill and manage order per warehouse

No difference than before. You can filter the orders by warehouse

Step 4: Logic of Order Allocation in MWH Secnario

After seller maintains more than one warehouse stock of the product, when buyer clicks "Buy Now", the TikTok Shop system will automatically analyze the best warehouse for order as per location and stock of the warehouse. For example:

• If the buyer comes from CDMX, then the order will be shipped from CDMX
• If the buyer comes from GDL, then the order will be shipped from GDL
• If the buyer comes from Puebla, then the order will be shipped from CDMX, because it 's closer than GDL
• If the buyer comes from Colima, then the order will be shipped from GDL, because it 's closer than CDMX

Q&A

Q：Does the Multi-warehouse feature cover all logistics services？
A：Currently, we are only able to support the Standard Logistics Service with the MWH function. We are working on express service as well.
Q：Can sellers disable the multi-warehouse stock feature?
A：Once the Multi-warehouse feature is enabled, it cannot be disabled. However, sellers can set the stock of unavailable warehouses as 0 .
Q：Can sellers set a warehouse outside the logistics coverage area
A：No, this is not allowed, seller will not save the warehouse successfully in the seller center
