Guidelines for New Shop Probation Period

What is the New Shop Probation Period?

All new shops on TikTok Shop, whether individual or corporate, are subject to a probation period that poses certain limitations on the shops' operational functions . This includes:
  • The number of orders the shop can accept daily;
  • The number of product listing the shop can upload daily;
  • The number of creator accounts that can be bounded by the shop;
Once a shop graduates from probation, sellers are not subject to order limits but are limited to 1,000 product uploads per day.

Tracking Orders During the Probation Period

  • In Seller Center, individual and corporate shops can check their daily order limit by selecting the ">" button at the top of the page to go to "Shop Volume."
  • When sellers click on "Shop Volume," they will be directed to a page with their daily order and listing limits (see images below).
