Handover Packages to Logistic Service Providers

For orders using Shipped by Seller, you must ensure that your packages comply with the dispatch SLA requirements. Before handing your package over to the logistics service provider (LSP), it’s your responsibility to verify that both the product and its packaging are intact and that the correct shipping labels are applied.
It's essential to closely monitor all shipping processes and the final status of dispatched packages. The order status will update to “Delivered” once the LSP confirms the final package status.
