Has valid SPS store experience score
Core Service Quality Requirement
Store SPS experience score ≥ 4.5
Guardrail Metrics
Governance Account Health Rating (AHR) score > 150
48-hour timely shipping rate ≥ 90%
24-hour Customer service response rate ≥ 95%
Product positive review rate ≥ 95%
🔄 Badge Update Rules
Assessment & Update Cycle
Unified assessment and list refresh on the 5th day of every month
Badge validity period: 5th of current month to 5th of next month
Assessment Basis
Based on your store's final metrics on the last day of the previous assessment cycle
Dynamic Adjustment
Eligible stores will automatically receive the Star Shop badge
Non-eligible stores will have their badge removed automatically. You can re-qualify in the next cycle by improving your operational metrics.
