How to Avoid Misleading Listing: Child-related Content in Listings?

Why This Matters

TikTok Shop prohibits the sale of baby products for children under 36 months to protect consumer safety and comply with regulations. Sellers must also avoid misleading customers by incorrectly labeling general-use products as “for babies” or “for kids.”
A violation occurs when:

  • ❌ Words, phrases, or images suggesting baby/child use are added to general-use product listings.
