In this video, we introduce the Account Health Rating (AHR) — a color-coded score that reflects how well you're following platform policies, and what could happen if you don’t.✅ What Is the Account Health Rating?
- Every seller starts with 200 points.
- Violations reduce your score — serious violations (like Intellectual Property infringements) deduct more.
- You can earn points back by fulfilling orders, taking quizzes (when available), or successfully appealing violations.
- Points expire after 180 days, so older issues stop affecting your score over time.
🟢🟠🔴 Understanding Your Score
- Green (201+ points): You’re in good standing.
- Orange (51–200 points): You’re at risk — restrictions may apply.
- Red (0–50 points): You’re at high risk — strict limits apply.
- If your score hits 0, your shop will be permanently deactivated.
⚠️ Milestone Warnings
As your score drops to 150, 100, or 50, additional restrictions can kick in:
- 🚫 No access to mega campaigns
- 🚫 No new product listings
- 🚫 Possible limits on daily order volume
- 🚫 Possible reduction of product visibility
How to Stay in the Green
- ✅ Check your AHR regularly in the Seller Center
- ✅ Read your email and inbox notifications
- ✅ Appeal violations quickly, or complete quizzes when offered
- ✅ Learn from past mistakes — repeated violations lead to stronger penalties
